Russian player Yaroslava Shvedova entered the 2010 French Open ranked No. 36 in WTA singles, one spot short of her career-high singles ranking. She'll probably beat that soon. In the third round at the French, Shvedova knocked out 28th-seeded Alisa Kleybanova.
